Mountain Side Subdivision is located in the heart of Summit County, Colorado at the southern end of the Town of Frisco. A relatively flat area with lots of Colorado sunshine this Frisco Co Subdivision is made up of single family Frisco homes in a very pleasant setting. The Frisco bike path is close by to the Mountain Side area as is access to the National Forest or simply a fun family hike or snowshoe up to Rainbow Lake (a short distance from Frisco).

Many owners and visitors in Mountain Side find it an easy stroll to downtown Frisco Colorado to enjoy Frisco's shopping, dining and mountain activities and still be able to leave their car at home. Perhaps it is all the Colorado Sunshine, the close proximity to the Frisco bike path, being in the heart of Summit County or short distance to all that is happening on Frisco's Main Street; Mountain Side has been and remains today a very popular location for those seeking Summit County real estate.

The Mountain Side Subdivision offers a wonderful pool, clubhouse and hot tubs and even tennis - all close to the Frisco condos at Mountain Side! Or one can simply enjoy the tremendous views that Frisco's Mountain Side Subdivision has in every direction. Close by is Lake Dillon (only about 1/2 mile) and the Frisco Marina, Island Grill (restaurant by the lake) and boat rentals and water activities.
