Lagoon Condominium and Townhome complex can be found just off of Summit Boulevard in Frisco Colorado. Nestled between the wetlands, trees and Lake Dillon on one side and convenient Frisco Commercial Real Estate on the other side are one reason why the Frisco's Lagoon Condos and Townhomes are so popular - it is a wonderful Frisco Real Estate location - Very sought after in Summit County Colorado!

Many of the Frisco Properties in Lagoon have tremendous views of the wetlands, Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains like Peak One, The Gore Range and the Continental Divide - in fact, when you are in this part of Frisco and get a clear view looking due west over Lake Dillon the two prominent peaks in the distance are Grays and Torreys. These peaks represent two of Colorado's 14 Thousand foot peaks that can be viewed from much of Frisco’s Real Estate - condos, homes, and townhomes.

The Frisco and Summit County bike path are nearby and run along the lake towards the rest of Frisco as well as Dillon, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and even Vail, Colorado!

Lagoon rivals Mountain Side for some of the best condo and townhome amenities of any Frisco Real Estate. They have plenty including a swimming pool, hot tub and sauna and similar to Mountain Side they also have Tennis courts! Their great Frisco location lends itself to a wonderful picnic area too. Perhaps the amenities combined with the great Frisco location along with the popularity of Lagoon for visitors help make this complex one of the most popular in Frisco Colorado.

Of course, as with much of Frisco Real Estate in Summit County many owners simply choose not to rent the property and simply take advantage of the unique lifestyle and use themselves and their friends and family. The Lagoon complex is a large complex with just under 200 units altogether assorted into one bedroom condos (large units), two bedroom condos - again larger than other two bedrooms in Frisco, and 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes and condos.

A very popular complex in Frisco and sales are typically good and many times very brisk with the better located properties selling very fast due to their amenities or the view.

Sales in 2004 consisted of 1 one bedroom condo selling for $211,000, 8 two bedroom condos selling for an average price of $242,950, 2 three bedroom condos selling for about $360,000 and 3 townhomes selling for an average price of $333,000 (one two bedroom sold for $270,000 and one 4 bedroom sold for $365,000).

Sales in 2005 consisted of 16 sales in Lagoon! 4 one bedroom condos selling for an average price of $229,000, 2 two bedroom condos selling for $284,000 and $295,000 , 1 three bedroom condos selling for about $369,000 and 7 two bedroom townhomes selling for an average price of $316,000 and a couple of three bedroom townhomes selling for around $400,000.

Sales in 2006 consisted of 8 sales in Lagoon! 2 two bedroom condos selling for $343,000 and $350,000 , 5 two bedroom townhomes selling for an average price of $354,000 and a 1 three bedroom townhome selling for around $449,000.

Sales in 2007 consisted of 15 sales in Lagoon! 4 one bedroom condos selling for an average price of $291,000, 2 two bedroom condos selling for $280,000 and $415,000 , 7 two bedroom townhomes selling for an average price of $393,000 and a couple of three bedroom townhomes selling for around $468,000 and $579,000.

Sales in 2008 consisted of 4 sales in Lagoon! 1 one bedroom condo selling for $334,000, 2 two bedroom townhomes selling for $391,000 and $442,000 and 1 three bedroom townhome selling for $625,000.
