Condo Sales Stats for Mountain Real Estate including Frisco Colorado Jan-April 2008

Just running some mountain real estate numbers and doing some research on our area's (including Frisco Real Estate) MLS System this morning for condominium sales in 2008 (Jan - April) and comparing those to the same timeframe and areas for 2007 (See spreadsheet outlining these numbers for Frisco property and other Co real estate below).

Frisco condos sales are up 25% and Frisco Colorado's corresponding sold price is up to an average $410,226 or a 22% increase! Silverthorne/Wildernest condo sales are up 15% and that area's corresponding sold price average is down 4%.
 
Breckenridge is down 16% in condo sides closed and up 29% in sold price average. Dillon is down 49% for condo sides closed and down 4% for their average sold price. These decreases are very unlikely for Mountain real estate and certainly for locations such as Frisco.

Keystone is down 21% in condo sides closed and up 3% in average sold price. And Copper Mountain is up 2% for their average condo sold price and down 48% in sides closed (29 in 07 and 15 in 08).

Wow, so our little neck of the woods is showing some good strong numbers for condo sales (Frisco real estate and Silverthorne) with Dillon looking for a little boost. Interesting numbers for the start of the year and with the bulk of our business yet to come (historically our busy time for sales in during the summer/fall) it will be quite interesting to see how the year ends up.
