It has been in the works for years and this spring it is happening at Key­stone in the heart of their new CO Real Estate village, as Vail Resorts begins to move ahead with some significant new develop­ments at the resort, including a new River Run gondola and condo-hotel and perhaps other mountain real estate opportunities.

The replacement of the River Run gondola, moving it closer to the condos and homes offering closer ski in and ski out - a great alternative to Frisco CO homes and Condos - and an associated condo-hotel project at the River Run base area is already underway with the gondola

terminal construction. The new gondola will offer a base-area loading station closer to the commercial and residential hub full of Colorado Real Estate of River Run. The new, condo-hotel slated to be named One River Run, a unique mountain real estate opportunity, will also be part of this new and significant development. The new gondola will be a state-of-the-art eight-passenger gondola designed with passenger comfort in mind, including floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of room for skis, boards and gear. Creating a comfortable transition from Frisco CO Condos and other CO real estate to the ski slopes.

One River Run should will be the nicest product at Keystone and may begin marketing for a planned Rock Resorts Condo-hotel as early as next December. As with any projects there are hurdles yet to overcome, yet construction could start within the near future; even as early as next year.
 

One River Run could consist of 183 properties ranging in size from studios and one bedroom condos all the way up to four bedroom condominiums. This coupled with the resort recently announcing plans to redevelop the Mountain House Base are very significant new developments for Keystone Resort.
