Historically we would have 1/3 of our sales occur during the first half of the year with 2/3 occurring during the second half. Using this same ratio shows us that we have a need for more listings in Frisco, Silverthorne, Keystone, Dillon! While Copper Mountain and Breckenridge are showing a large percentage surplus (like around 50%) - they need more sales to get rid of some of that inventory.
