20 years of learning, growing, helping people, being a good neighbor, being a positive factor, gaining respect, enjoying success, and having fun - has placed
RE/MAX Properties of the Summit among the best in the SUMMIT COUNTY business community.
Looking back---20 years has gone by way too fast!! Jim Hayes would say it was only yesterday when he started RE/MAX Properties of the Summit in a small
office on Main Street in Frisco with a few good people. And a couple of those early pioneers---Tom Massaro, and Melinda Van-Gundy----are still with us today!
In 20 years we have grown from a small single office company to one of the largest most productive real estate companies in Summit County. Our 81 associates and 13 employees housed in four state of the art offices of over 15,000sf have consistently outpaced our competition. Not only in how much we produce but just as importantly how we go about doing business.
All of us as a whole have gained the respect and admiration of our business partners and business competitors. And our above board business philosophy is definitely recognized by our clients as well.
It takes time and hard work to develop and maintain strong relationships. I thank all of you for your part in doing just that. While our business is selling real estate - building solid relationships is a key ingredient in sustaining success. And by any measurement RE/MAX Properties of the Summit is a success story - made so by the contributions of each of you.
20 years of working together is no small feat. I believe we have stayed together in part because of our business philosophy---but also because we provide value for each other. It’s important for RE/MAX Properties of the Summit and each of us as individuals to continue to provide that value to help cement our relationship with each other, the community, and our clients. Outstanding relationships build outstanding companies.
So thanks to all of you for making RE/MAX Properties of the Summit an outstanding company---the BEST there is in the county!
