Typically, these fees range from $250 to $375 (or more) depending on the complexity of the appraisal and the required format in the underwriting process.
Finally, I understand that if I elect to lock-in my rate now, that:
- the rate, points and fees are subject to confirmation by the Lender.
- the rate must be rates that are in effect at the time of receipt of completed application by The Lender. Loans submitted after 2:00pm Mountain Time will be subject to The Lender's pricing in effect 2 business days later.
- In order to lock a rate investors/lenders require that you have a property under contract or currently in title.
